After your new Phenom has arrived: we provide full support including installation, configuration of applications, calibration, user and administrator training. If you want to move your electron microscope to a different location, we are available to support you.

Performance Optimization

To keep your Phenom always at its best performance. On demand we will check the instrument remotely and support you to optimize the settings.


Phenom frequently provides software updates for improved functionality or operation. Software-updates are always free of charge. (Software upgrades with a significant expansion of functionality are usually subject to a fee.) We keep you informed and ensure that you receive the updates relevant to your type of microscope in a timely manner.


Does your Phenom need regular calibration according to your regulations? No problem: We provide individual on-site and remote calibration services. Please refer to your local support team in your region.
